Details:

  • Your current CB Customer Service Statement of Work (SOW) expires on 01.15.24.
    • This SOW will now be terminated on 12.30.23.
    • Please note, this early SOW termination WILL NOT negatively impact your business.
  • You will be able to schedule and service intervals through 12.30.23
  • We encourage you to continue selecting and servicing intervals through then—in the same professional manner that you have always shown.
  • To encourage continued servicing and delivery against targets, your business is also eligible to earn up to $450 in special servicing incentives. Details on how your business can earn these incentives are outlined below. All applicable incentives that your business is eligible for will be automatically included in the 2nd service revenue payment in December.
